Pre-Moot Moskau 2015

We are pleased to inform that our Vis Moot Court Team – represented by Ms Nathalie Schadler and Mr Lukas Klever - won the 2^nd prize at the Sixth Moscow Pre-Moot on 14 and 15 March 2015. 

The Moscow Pre-Moot is organized by the Lomonosov State University with the support of the Russian arbitration community.  This year, it was attended by a total of 10 excellent teams and experienced arbitrators, who were professors of the participating law faculties and arbitration practitioners.  The winners were the People's Friendship University of Russia, a seasoned and experienced participant at the Vis Moot.  The event was preceded by a Panel Discussion on the subject of “Emergency Proceedings in International Arbitration” in the Moscow offices of White & Case, where Professor Aschauer acted as one of the panellists.

Needless to say, this excellent result is an encouragement for the final rounds, which will take place in Vienna from 28 March 2015 to 1 April 2015.
